Austin Carr leads Greenlink with a third-generation legacy in HVAC and building performance. A U.S. Army veteran and Building Performance Institute (BPI)–certified expert, Austin founded Greenlink in 2011 to advance a 360° approach to energy efficiency—connecting envelope, mechanical, and renewable systems for measurable results. His leadership blends field expertise with innovation, driving Greenlink’s growth across residential and commercial markets in Illinois and Wisconsin.
Dominick Squicciarini
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Dominick Squicciarini brings executive experience from higher education and healthcare operations to his role as COO. A former Dean and Chief Integration Officer, he has led complex organizational initiatives spanning systems design, workforce development, and enterprise integration. At Greenlink, Dominick aligns people, process, and performance to ensure every project delivers efficiency, quality, and long-term value.
Brian Bracken
VP of Construction
Brian Bracken brings over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, building science, and environmental systems management. Before joining Greenlink, he served as the Building Inspection Administrator for the City of Rockford, where he led the city to earn Gold designation from the National SolSmart program. At Greenlink, Brian oversees project execution and quality assurance, drawing on his expertise in solar renewable energy and commercial storage solutions to deliver reliable, high-performance results.
Olivia Goral
Operations Manager, HVAC and Weatherization
With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Clinical Social Work, Olivia blends strategy and empathy in her leadership approach. For more than five years, she has guided Greenlink’s growth by developing service divisions that bring meaningful energy efficiency improvements to local communities. As Operations Manager for the Envelope and HVAC divisions, Olivia leads teams of energy advisors, weatherization specialists, and HVAC technicians to deliver measurable results in comfort, health, and sustainability.

Cameron Holm brings over eight years of experience in the renewable energy industry to his role as Operations Manager at Greenlink. Having worked with leading clean energy companies across the Midwest, he’s gained deep, hands-on expertise in every stage of project development. At Greenlink, Cameron oversees operations from proposal to completion, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term project success.
Dan Olson
Production Manager, Solar
Dan Olson brings over 20 years of electrical experience to his role as Solar Production Manager at Greenlink. A licensed Master Electrician, he began his career in his family’s electrical business, building a foundation of craftsmanship and customer care. At Greenlink, Dan leads installation teams with a focus on safety, precision, and performance—ensuring every solar project is completed to the highest standards of quality and reliability.
